    Benzylaminopurine is the most popular Cytokinin class plant growth regulator (PGR) hormone in the world. Its uses are diverse and widely documented. Common uses include branching stimulation, flower boosting and increased fruit set. One example is when you “pinch” the apical meristem (main shoot) of a seedling it forces it to drive its growth outwards via the leaf node auxiliary/lateral meristems. While the plant has no choice but do this, its actually this process where the plant produces cytokinins in response to the damage, and this over-balancing of the auxin/cytokinin/gibberellin chemical equation then signals the lateral meristems to actually grow. Typically at this stage of growth the young plant is in auxin-driven competitive mode expecting to need to grow straight up to ensure reaching sunlight (imagine a field of weeds). On humans there is an obscure history in regrowing hair.

    Gibberellic Acid (GA3) 91.4% – Gibberellin A3 PGR Kits

    Gibberellins have a number of effects on plant development. They can stimulate rapid stem and root growth, induce mitotic division in the leaves of some plants, and increase seed germination rate. Gibberellin A3 (GA3) is the most popular gibberellin, with the most ideal wide ranging effectiveness in the world. The product form of this naturally occurring PGR is organically synthesized via fungus much like antibiotics. GA3, amongst at least 126 other gibberellin class phytohormones, are produced in virtually every plant in the world (as well as many fungi & bacteria). Therefore, it isn’t beyond reason that we eat them everyday even when concerning truly organically produced vegetables. It’s very popularly used for seed germination to achieve both maximum possible sprouting times with maximum germination rates. This chem is essential for rare & expensive sorts of seeds, especially those that typically takes months to sprout. The effect it forces is cell elongation, which typically causes the cell stretching required for a seed to burst out of its shell (this is the natural process most seeds rely on to sprout). Spraying GA3 onto actual plants will cause the same elongating effects, so its important to balance this equation with auxins & cytokinins, where when balanced (“Trifecta”), makes for explosive growth potential. Other uses, for certain plants, is to force female flower development, which produces pollen that will only result in feminized seeds.

    Indole-3-Acetic Acid (IAA) 99% – PGR Auxin Kits

    IAA is predominantly produced in cells of the apex (bud) and very young leaves of a plant. Plants can synthesize IAA by several independent biosynthetic pathways. Four of them start from tryptophan, but there is also a biosynthetic pathway independent of tryptophan. Plants mainly produce IAA from tryptophan through indole-3-pyruvic acid. IAA is also produced from tryptophan through indole-3-acetaldoxime in Arabidopsis.     Kinetin is a synthetic cytokinin class plant growth regulating phytohormone, altough it has been shown to exist naturally in the DNA of cells of almost all organisms tested so far, including human and numerous plants. It’s a very potent plant growth regulator (PGR), active in the 1-10 PPM range, so even only 1 gram goes a long way. Studies with peppers & tomatoes show it’s best used on younger seedling plants during their vegetative growth, where 6-Benzylaminopurine is better suited for applications during later stages of growth and flowering / fruiting.

    Mepiquat Chloride

    Mepiquat Chloride (MC) is a gibberelin antagonist, that is a safer alternative to Paclobutrazol (PBZ). PBZ was used for a spell in several high end (HIGH cost) plant yield enhancer products such as Bushload, Flower Dragon, Gravity and Phosphoload (generally without even being listed as an ingredient on the labels). It turns out, in the U.S., its banned for use in non-ornamental plant cultivation, for a variety of established health concerns. While MC isn’t a PGR with an established record across a vast array of agricultural plants, perhaps mainly due to its effects only being profoundly useful within certain crops, unlike PBZ, evaluation by the EPA has decreed “that mepiquat chloride is of low chronic toxicity and that it is negative for mutagenic effects”. So while it is most commonly used in cotton fiber cultivation, it hasn’t been banned in products to be consumed by humans either. Considering that PBZ truly is a remarkable substance in plant growth research, we’re excited to offer this proper analog that isn’t exceedingly unsafe to handle or use.
